JC, one thing the thread has kind of forgotten about is the P4's problems in Photoshop. I believe it crashed because of high memory bandwidth. Did you report on that, and was it a CPU, chipset or memory overheating problem?

Note that Intel is not slashing prices on the P-III. As long as the corporate market rejects AMD as well as the P4, Intel can use higher margin P-III corporate sales as a buffer. The P4 price cuts are targeted at the consumer market, where buyers are less familiar with the performance of the P4 versus Athlon.
