[June 6: NYSE to review possible delisting of CHY.] Found on Yahoo... NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--The New York Stock Exchange on June 6 will review its decisions to delist the common stocks of Franklin Electronic Publishers Inc. (FEP, news, msgs), Chyron Corp. (CHY, news, msgs), Catalina Lighting Inc. (LTG, news, msgs) and Huntway Refining Co. (HWY, news, msgs) after the companies requested a review of the NYSE's decision. The NYSE had announced its decision to remove the issues from its list on April 5. The exchange noted that it may, at any time, suspend a security if it believes that continued dealings in the security on the NYSE are not advisable. Following the June 6 review by a committee of the NYSE's board of directors, the exchange will announce whether the issues will be suspended and delisted or whether trading will continue.
