If his name was Clinton, Congress would be impeaching him right now, and it would be all the press was talking about. No they would not be, unless he had done something else to get impeached. Bush is getting a free ride form the press whores again. He is getting a free ride because he deserves a free ride in this case. Policies that the president would put in place would normally take awhile before they change anything in this area. The budget, the training procedures, the safety rules, most of the current deployments, and most of the commanders where put in place before Bush was elected. Tim
