Excar--you can't go wrong. 90 rigs working, 4 coming into play , 25+others ready to be refurbished if producer pays. Rising dayrates, good crews, turnkey contracts, good planning by management, great geography.I hope you bought a lot because GW's true position for the future is not recognized. Didn't realize that there was so much Republican opposition in the Senate (8 against). Seems nuts when we spend $400 million a day to import energy. Looks like the last domestic frontier is the deepwater Gulf and that is not going to even cover depletion elsewhere. It is probably now a certainty that import dependence will increase rather than decrease.
