Message #2562 from Shootie at Apr 23, 2001 12:12 PM

nails that chip and break easily often are signs of digestion problems....
take HCL Betain and enzymes with your meals and see if there is a change in your nails....

worked for everybody I've suggested it to.....

also indentations on side of tongue of teeth is sign of inadequate digestion....

yeast problems are also signs......

Dr. FrankenSHootie

Wow, Dr's advice on a Recipe thread. What more could a girl ask for. Digestion SEEMS to be great. I have no complaints there. Yeast?????? I don't know how that would get diagnosed. I do have some medical conditions that I would just a soon not discuss here but if you'd like you can email me at MOENMAC@aol.com My nails have been brittle all of my life. M
