Nokia has never maintained that it would release its own GPRS handsets until the third quarter of this year. Where do you get this stuff: "I believe that Nokia HAS delayed GPRS handsets. I think they were initially expected to roll-out during the first half of '01." I challenge you to provide any factual basis from Nokia to support your speculation.
