IPEC is a Calgary-based oil and gas services company, with big business tying in new ngas wells to transportation pipelines. Trades only on Toronto exchange under T.IPE symbol. All of BD's posts about it here are still available if you do a "full-text" lookup with "IPEC" as the search term, and then ignore all references to IPEC on any threads but "Strictly Drilling" (because there used to be a semiconductor outfit with the same initials until they got acquired by SFAM).
