Now there is on entry to Webroker the word "please" in a polite request to view and consider the Nasdaq agreement, and it gives the option of going directly to your account should you wish to consider it later. When you do choose the link to the agreement, there comes first a clear and forthright apology from Mr See for the previous handling of its presentation. Apparently they changed it on Monday, possibly before.

So; no coercion, no arrogance, no problem. I've signed the agreement. It was never the problem, just a bit silly. TDW comes off all right in the end, they were slow perhaps in reacting, but then it is a big corporation. Bottom line; they listened, and that's good. Good luck to you, canuckle-l-head
