Jim P,

I initiated a short of FCS this morning. The last two weeks it went vertical from 12- to 18. I should have shorted Friday, but too busy. It held up well today comparitively speaking, but it should retest 13 for a significant short return.

Still looking for individual natural gas stock down turns. What is your opinion of Chesapeake? Bought DNR several weeks ago which has been dead in the water. Not so sold on it now.

Thanks for the last post and may your fortune, well increase,

hdr

Hi Jim_p.

News from the tech front - I just bailed on the CSCO and ACTM I bought several weeks ago. CSCO was a small looser but ACTM was a winner more than big enough to make up for CSCO and some other mistakes as well.

Probably could have broken even on CSCO, but their earnings were far worse than I expected and holding them makes me too nervous. I don't think most people grasp the concept yet that very large very well capitalized companies with no debt are getting killed, like INTC and CSCO. The bigger issue here is that weaker companies with debt are going to get more than killed. That hasn't sunken in yet to the flakey companies of the world.

I'm short JNPR, ONIS, LVLT, EXDS at the moment and hoping they go higher short term so I can increase those positions. Those who believe the bottom is in for tech are going to learn a nasty lesson.
