I think you may be jumping the gun just a little here. That rumor was from a website that is not exactly the most reliable source of information.

Let's see what develops. This processor is probably the same quality as 1.13 GHz desktop would be, it works at slightly lower voltage and slightly lower clock speed. The fact that they (allegedly) stopped shipments may mean that it is more significant than just a shortage. Time will tell.
