I will tell you that the USD on the dollar index has made 4 lower highs since last Nov. only by a little bit each time, but they are all lower. I have looked at many, many charts and sometimes that is how a market wil top out. I was saying that at the start of last week on a different thread. I know that some of the cycle guys are seeing a time window for currency troubles and we're also at the same 8.6 year PEI time cycle from when Soros got the sterling ball rolling downhill. I'm paying attention...... anyway :-)
