Hi Poet, Been lurking for awhile...any thoughts to some speculative puts on the SOX or SMH in light of the conflicting semi recommendations lately? Robert

Poet, it just may be...... I'd put chances at better than even money it is..... JDS Uniphase (JDSU) 24.18 -4.35: -- Update -- Stock trading down another point after hours as market speculates that tomorrow's statement is a warning, but this is unlikely given that company is scheduled to report earnings on Thursday. More likely that company would announce a sale or acquisition, some speculate they might buy Lucent's (LU) fiber division, but JDSU is not currently in the business of fiber (they are components), and it's not clear why they would want to be.
