while you're stuck in the latest Gary Locke traffic gridlock jam. We can't get out of that gridlock because the Republicans took all highway funding when they supported and passed Initiative 695. In addition, the Republicans in Congress have stalled our funding for light rail so we will just continue to suffer with the third worse traffic congestion in the country. This state has no confidence in Republicans. We have a Democrat for Governor, two Democrat Senators, six Democrat Congressmen, a Democrat State Senate and an equally divided State House. The trend in this state is toward more Democrats. The Republicans seem throuroughly discouraged.
