Girl after my own heart....Easy beef stew...! Here's another...Ingredients will make you laugh, but it's really excellent! And easy....guys will like to make it, and especially to eat it!

Favorite Easy Beef Stew...

Chunks of sirlion
Potatoes
Onions
Carrots
1 can tomato soup (no no groans --wait till you eat it, and you'll always make this....)

Put all in pan in the order above (I use cast iron, with heavy tight lid). Don't need to brown meat first. Smoosh tomato soup on top. Add salt and pepper, and Worchestershire sauce to taste...Then, add water till it rises to about 1/2 of depth of pan. Cover tightly. Cook for 6-8 hours in 250 degree oven....GREAT served with tossed green salad, and fresh hot french or sourdough bread.
Secret is NOT looking to see if it's done....Just leave it be all day, and enjoy at the end of a busy day.
