Kumar pretty much slammed CPQ in the CNBS interview... Said Mikey Dell has MC in a 'headlock', CPQ has few 'best of breed enterprise solutions', and is primarily a 'cost cutting story'. He added that he is predicting no revenue growth this year, with CPQ no more than a 'trading buy between 15 and 25'... My own anecdotal story - last time I bought a trading workstation it was a CPQ. Just upgraded to a new workstation and quad LCD's - all Dell this time, they were WAY more competitive on price, CPQ was not even in the same ballpark... I guess this shows in CPQ's PC results, almost half of CPQ's revenue and back to a loss of 15 mil on all those boxes...
