The people using those terms (price-gouging etc.) in this article are politicians and bureaucrats to justify price caps because they are trying to escape the consequences of their own actions. They are not interested in furthering understanding, they want to put their opponents on the defensive. That's one reason why we are seeing so little progress on solutions for the energy crisis. Fortunately we are above that sort of tactic on this board, right? :-)
