Message 15707078 sentiment levels of overbought and oversold are not static, thats one problem i have with that thread, sentiment levels change along with market conditions and what was once oversold, is now overbought, just like polarizing support and resistance levels.

You're right, scammers who intentionally lie and cost people money (it's called robbery) in the financial world get off lightly. White collar crime is rarely prosecuted but if you rob a bank with a water pistol you get 20 years. WHoever started the Lu rumor should be in jail. Cost many people millions. Lu was/is the most widely held stock in the world. There should be a cell reserved for him instead of the guy growing the grass plants. Who's he hurting? (okay maybe the tax man if he grows enuf and sells it but that's all)
