At least Europe actually has operators with 3G spectrum who are building out their networks, as opposed the U.S. which can't even figure out if anyone will have 3G spectrum.

No GPRS in Spain (no spectrum).

I didn't know Spain was trying to run GPRS in some
totally new bands??

But WSJ seem to have more severe problems than JohnG.
