Bill has been around for a long time. He comes for R&R, probably. Up until you guys started pissing on his shoes, that is. I can't imagine why he would want to keep coming back for that.

He can't say much in his defense, you know. He's Chief Market Strategist for Cantor Fitzgerald, which isn't chopped liver. He's got ethical and legal obligations to his firm's clients, and he's not his own boss.

>>i think you and i are focused on two different things at the moment...<<

yes and no.

i'm talking about bill's most recent call - on i wholeheartedly disagreed with. i know what he said and i think he was wrong.

>>might change his mind doesn't work well with a call to be 100% invested over the next one to five years with little downside risk......<<

his stated reason for buying was, imho, wrong. however, he adjusted on the fly and made some good dough. i give his originally reasoning a thumbs down, but i give his willingness to not overstay his welcome and bank the BIG QUICK profits a whole hearted thumbs up.

i'm focusing on the latter and you are focusing on the former.

we agree his original reasoning left something to be desired. maybe we are both wrong, though... ;-)

i think bill comes here b/c of the same reason we do. make a call, shoot the breeze, talk some crap. mythster pumps him up a little and probably chides him to drop by, too. i know the gfy post you reference and my guess is he did it with a smile rather than a scowl - even though it didn't really come across well.
