Depression in the 90s.
We only escaped the depression of the 90s because of Bush Sr. and Clinton's tax policies. I think most people, even Democrats, would admit that taxes had to move a little extreme in order to affect the real important ratio. Revenue to expense in the federal government was way way out of balance in the Reagan years. The Democrats forced Bush Sr. to raise taxes and Clinton brought about an important tax bill, because, and strictly because there were years and years of unbelievable and uncountable debt.

The Reagan years brought grevious harm to the U.S.A. They are poised to bring even greater harm than when Reagan could recognize the country. The Reagan years are poised to bring in Reagan II, the Bush Jr. years. It's as if through some twist in fate Junior George W. was Reagan's child instead of George H(umble) W(imp) Bush's child. This president who would have to study to have Althimers is now planning on doubling the national debt again. Like Reagan, he probably doesn't even think he's doing what he's doing because he has enablers who are more interested in setting themselves up for a post-Bush job than they are in looking to the countries best interest. What every happened to the concept of public service?
