When Yahoo and Excite bite the dust where are you gonna go?

You dont want to accept the answer. I don't want to accept the answer. The answer is they will go to AOL/Time Warner. Like it or not- to the majority AOL still defines the net. The less funded everyone else is the worse thats gonna get.

As Broadband becomes more prevalent, the kind of advertising that can be done on line will be more apealing to consumers and advertisers alike. It's a marketing problem

Damn right it's a marketing problem. Banner ads were an obvious temporary stopgap until something better could be developed. So where the hell are the marketers? Where are the broadband ads? I get this powerful feeling that pure amateurs are running the show. Bottom line is that no broadband applications have bubbled to the top. They gotta someday, but until they do the web will continue to dry up and fade away.
