Then don't be. Easy for you to say. I've got you telling me there is no free will. I've got Neo telling me that if I want to maintain my illusion that I have free will, I must believe in a deity or face being illogical. Of course, I want to maintain my illusion that I am logical. As for my behavior in the face of this, a trip to Baskin Robbins is probably in the cards. I'm way past believing that consuming ice cream in these circumstances has anything to do with free will, although I doubt my great, great grandparents ever experienced butter pecan and passed that wiring on to me.
