No. The normal case is that a C is 5 waves. A "flat a-b-c" correction is 3-3-5 and a "zigzag a-b-c" correction is 5-3-5. There are a few other correction variations, but these two are the most common.

JRI, this is not directed only at you and it is meant in a constructive way --

I really think that we need to devote some time to studing the ground rules in order to have a successful thread.

I am out my long and am in the weeds. I am seeing a potential H&S developing on the 15-min chart. It makes me less inclined to buy this pull-back.
