Drew, there is little wait time for corporate clients with specified accounts.

Is it as much about consumer loyalty as it is about the model which is heavily dependent on marketing? There have been many studies on brand loyalty. Loyalty in up markets differs little from loyalty in down markets all other conditions being equal. Dell's advantage has been price; if they continue to deliver price and, as consumer tests have revealed, above average service, why shouldn't they drive all aspects of their model?

Those short have completely turned the tables on what a consumer is after. I don't think consumers care if there is a so-called battle going on between CPQ and Dell for marketshare. This is a Wallstreet invention. Something to talk about?
