I couldn't help myself and went long at NDX 1820. If a=c then the move would run to NDX 1900 which looks like resistance from the 18th and the 19th.

Just so I'm clear....you're saying that if we break 2135 on the upside by the end of the "b"...you are not expecting the "c" to be that severe (and "may not exceed lows of "a")..
