OK I am going to try this stew of yours. Great recipe for when I have lots to do and little time to cook. We love beef and I know that for the tougher cuts, cooking in the oven for a long time really helps. The thing I like about your recipe is it is so simple.

I live out in Woodinville. How about you? And, yes the weather has really turned for the better. When it is nice in Seattle it is really really nice. I was born and raised here. How about yourself? M
