In english, if this pans out, I equate this with a new kind of internet, optimized for data movement.

I-Shadow is one of the internal names for the project, coined by one of the commercial vendors in the industry who is also working on the project. Can't tell you who ... NDA, of course, but it is possible that this is now public information, so you might find more info with careful searches.
