Joe W., Didn't know about GX and STOR.... STORAGENETWORKS INC. (STOR): GC Dev. Co. filed to sell 1,500,000 more shares of the common stock of StorageNetworks Inc. GC Dev. Co. listed April 19 as the approximate date of sale for the shares, which have a market value of about $ 18.1 million. The filing listed Goldman Sachs & Co. as the broker for the sale. GC Dev. Co. registered 750,000 shares April 17, as reported. GC Dev. Co. is a subsidiary of Global Crossing Ltd. (GX). According to a Schedule 13G filed Feb. 14, GC Dev. Co. beneficially owned 5,080,530 StorageNetworks common shares as of that date.
