f this is a wave 4, which I agree is possible, doesn't this rally need to last a while?>>>>

paul in a fast moving market countertrend rallies are short,
this one maybe too short in some ways, we don't have near the overbought sentiment indicators that we had in late january, but a boatload of people declared the bear markit over late last week -g-, and my buddy lecretious was buying qqq calls -g-

but there is also a lengthy sideways rally/consolidation in a lot of sox and computer components from the december bottom, like amat, dell, mu, amd, msft, aapl, which could be a wave 4 countertrend.

i might be a little agressive on the bear side, because i have this picture in my mind of all the indexes going back to the 98 lows.

anyways this market is trendless and you can't stay on the bull side or the bear side too long, but you can make a boatload of money if you can catch the turns between euphoria and despair.
