It was just a search and was intended to sort out the good predictors from the bad. >>> Go back and reread your post and try to tell me that you weren't making some commentary wrt Burt Masnick's post - that his post was somehow not good. You invest quite a bit of time on SI and I think on balance you are part of what makes SI worthwhile. But why damage your own credibility by trying to smear someone like Burt Masnick? The post that you tried to smear is in my opinion one of the best on SI. Why let your emotions concerning Intel spill into your judgement on almost any related subject? For me, wrt Intel, I am in search of the truth for my own investment purposes. Ordinarily, I would rely on someone like you to explain the highly technical issues/shortcomings - what have you - and pretty much take it at face value - not having sufficient technical background myself. But with your emotional situation wrt Intel, I have to reject all negative comments that you make concerning Intel shortcomings - some of which I am sure is quite valid - but there is no way I can be certain - because some of the comments you make are blatantly false and misleading like what you were trying to imply concerning Burt Masnick's comments.
