Only in the illegal way mentioned previously. We be church people here in B-more. There's no way the tax payers would stand for it.

At the same time, just recently, the guy who runs the city housing commission here almost got run out on a rail for making some derogatory comments at a local bar about gays while he was falling down drunk. He got thirty days in de-tox and had to do some major mea culpas.
