<<CLINTON-GORE ADMINISTRATION ACTS TO
ELIMINATE MTBE, BOOST ETHANOL>>

Whoopee. The idea to boost MTBE levels to 15% to act as an oxygenator was made in 1995. Clinton-Gore put it in and later decided it was a bad idea. Why don't we have more ethanol plants if they were boosting it so much?

Scum I was at a protest rally in Sacramento about 4years ago regards MTBE. There wasn't 1 member from the Sierra club or any of the other friends of the earth. I heard they were getting to much kickbacks. A matter of fact all of the people who protested MTBE were called idiots and fools. The Republicans in the state were leading the protest against MTBE and the Democrats were fighting it at every step of the way. MTBE has been far worse than arsenic. I guess that MTBE is a liberal toxic poison mandated by the Democrats so it was ok. Go figure. Personally it's a poison and a mistake. I would have had far more respect if the people had admitted it and removed it without the resistance. Now I am supposed to believe the same group of scientists discussing global warming. Sorry
don't buy it
