Wouldn't combining the two classes of stocks require a vote of the shareholders? Since MCDTA shareholders have 97% of the voting power, why would they vote against their own interests? Even if a vote were not required, why in the world would the company screw a super majority of it's shareholders because the market is acting insane in valuing these shares?

The chart is starting to from a coil and normally (70%?) when these are below the BSL they break to the downside.
