I didn't look very hard at this stock, and considering how beaten up the stock is, there's probably something about it that is unappealing, but it sure looks like a "below cash stock that has positive operating earnings." Looky here: CAPA $88 M cash as of 12/31/00, minus $9 M for acquisition in January 2001, so they now have cash of $79 M.
