Reading MSDW's report, it is comforting to know they are confirming a strategy we have been voicing for some time, rotate into deep water / international services stocks weakness out of land based drillers / service on strength. I have a double position in PDE, again. MSDW favors my favorites RIG, PDE, WFT, and not one of mine SLB.

Greetings to all from Kusadasi, Turkey! (hope I spelled it right!) Just hanging in an internet cafe after spending the afternoon haggling with a Turkish carpet vendor. (thanks again to the collective wisdom of this thread...y'all know who you are!) A bit concerned about the hotel held hostage in Istanbul, and the general strike we are walking into in Athens, Greece tomorrow, but the saga continues. Will tell more about the trip to the Taj Mahal in India later, but all I can say at this point is to have immense gratitude for the physical and cultural heritage you have....I mean 1/4 of the world's population living like animals....was painful to see. I mean....squatting in the streets....unbelievable.... Vietnam was also quite a journey. Was thinking of all of you when we stopped in Oman.....very clean, very nice...the entire country has gone from beduin wanderers to modern buildings in 30 years...... Again, greetings, and I wish all of you good fortune...don't get too greedy on the bounce here, I "smell" a sucker rally, and after the places I've been to, my sense of smell has been used...a lot!
