Wally Matthews is one of the best boxing writers around. Not infallable in the fight picking department, though. Liked Iron Mike in the first fight with Evander. Wised up the second time around.

I wish the thread was around back then. Man, was I sure of my convictions that Holyfield had what it took to beat Tyson. I was a lone backer of Holyfield from those around me for that fight. Few thought Holyfield would win. Ron Borges was the only big time boxing writer that had Holyfield to win. Evander was an 18 - 1 underdog if I remember correctly. Good call by the late Mitch Halpern to stop that fight and protect Tyson from further punishment.

With that image in mind, I'll pick Rahman to KO Tyson if and when they meet ;)
