It's not MY fault... I've been taking my Bean-o!

Seriously, the two major theories of weather change have been that you can nuke the atmosphere with 100s of H-bombs with no effect... and the other that a seagull flapping it's wings over a garbage dump in Seattle can cause a tornado in Omaha, 100 hours later...

With alternatives like that, I would hate to put my money on any major theory.
