Early data on April short interest in Nasdaq stocks.
(Poet, you might want to wait until tomorrow to read this.<g>)

Thanks to "softechie" who has the data now. I normally wait for the publication date April 25 at nasdaqtrader.com.
Here is the early glimpse. It seems to confirm my theory of
traders were shorting stocks like Cien and JNPR aggressively as the B2B types got into single digits. All high fliers with any reasonable stock price were hit. Psychological reasons for covering single digit stocks and looking for bigger fish with more potential downside like JNPR, CIEN. This may still indicate upside for some other fast growing companies in the 20 to 60 price range. (well they used to be fast growing). EMC, VTSS etc.

Somewhat bullish case to possibly counter the negative momentum that we seem to have developed in the last 2 days.
