SCUM BS The facts are that MTBE was shoved down the throats of the American public by the Democrats causing us to pay extremely high prices for gas while poisoning our water. The direct poisoning of the lakes in California, the shutting down of the wells in Southern Cal and the MTBE in pristine Lake Tahoe were not caused by George Bush but by the CLinton administration. I repeat no one showed up from the Sierra club. Yes you are right that liberals who listens dutifully to Dan Rather and the main-stream media don't know about MTBE because it is the brain child of the Democrat party and they dont like for their mistakes to be made known. If you are going to deny this then you lose all credibility in my books as to your love of the environment. Are you telling me otherwise. Waiting for a non-political response. Truth not agenda should matter or is that to much to admit. It's not whose right but what's right.
