Why weren't they there ? You don't want to go to far on this MTBE with me because I have access to tons of documentation on it. The Sierra club was asked to come to these rallies and they didn't show up. They were a complete no show. The truth is that the Democrats scorned and laughed at the notion that MTBE was anything but a savior to the earth. The fight to ban MTBE in this state originated from a concerned citizen in the Danvil area. She got no support from the Democrats but plenty from the Republicans. In this case your Democrats were fighting to keep the poisoning of the water.

Oh come now, Scumbria. The Sierra Club takes from anyone gullible enough to give it to them. Lawyering everybody to death is the Sierra Club's way. Now if you want a true environmentalist organization, join the Nature Conservancy or the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. They put their money where their mouth is by buying habitat on the market. I can respect that.
