OK, now I see that the holdup on the SVGI sale is Tinsley labs, that SVGI bought a few years ago for their expertise in complex optics. I would imagine that the committee that reviewed this has made recommendations, but they aren't public. I wonder if they would or could recommend that the sale go, but without Tinsley. I can see where the 5 dollars worth of doubt might come from. I don't think I'll put my life savings into SVGI arbitrage.
