It concerns the first sentence of the S-4 extract faxed to you. On October 1, 1999 Charter Communications Holding Company, Vulcan Ventures, and an entity controlled by Mr. Allen, and InfoSpace, Inc. (successor by merger to Go2Net, Inc.) entered into a joint venture to form Digeo Broadband, Inc. and , which appears after Vulcan Ventures. Does the fax contain that word, or is it a typo? Its presence would indicate another partner in the joint venture. I suspect a typo, but would appreciate clarification.
