Dan...thanks so much for your great tutorial. I learn so much from people who have been doing this for a while. As I suspected, my more conservative LEAP strategy will be a good way for me to get my feet wet. And as you've so wisely advised, only use a portion of funds to do so. I need to start with a fairly simple approach so I don't do anything too stupid. Then I will start tackling cc's and spreads etc. I printed out your email and put it in my Learning File.

Anyway, I would like to know if anyone is considering buying on Qcom tomorrow -- as it got hit in AH and I think it will eventually return to -- if not former glory -- alot higher than it currently is sometime in 2002. Of course looking at the calls, the Mays and July's are more attractive in terms of strike price than the LEAPS. But Jan03 80's or 90's might be an interesting way to play a good long term future. Thoughts? Advice? Am I understanding any of this?

Thanks, PoetTrader
