I've been dabbling in telco equipment here, but very small positions, less than 10% of my holdings. ADCT, LU, TLAB and CSCO, thinking of NT too. Fundamentals are abysmal and getting worse, but it's also the only sector that hasn't popped much in this rally. Will bail on a break of 1950 COMPX. I believe telecom equipment spending for this year was overestimated by the service providers for the first time since 1978.
