So-called "sector rotation" is when the counts differ, but I would not easily tolerate counts that had non-tech moving in a *substantially* different way than tech. I alluded to this in the charts I posted very late last night in the discussion of the S&P.

In general, I am always on the lookout for the next best scenario, the "alternate", as well as any scenario that could really blindside me. We've discussed various alternative here that would see the whole shebang hitting new highs and that's always a good exercise so that one doesn't get too cocky.

(Even this morning, I do not consider us yet safely in our 'b' up. I see a decent alternate that has us going back to the lows. When it dies, I'll get aggressive.)
