Win, Well, i think VIA may have bigger plans than we give them credit for. Remember they have had the P-II, III and IV
to look at as well as time and the example of the Athlon.
They may well be able to field a good, but low end, part that will do quite well. Sufficiently well that they may then decide to sacrifice AMD to help themselves.
For now they keep AMD happy, once they feel they have a long knife....watch out, their temperament may well change.
