And speaking of PPG and PANL... PPG filed to sell all their current shares of PANL (412,808) on 4/16/01. By the looks of the previous S-3's it looks like they like to keep their selling options open, but it's not clear if they are selling any. MOT has also filed to sell their PANL shares. Could be that PPG and MOT will just sell shares in lieu of our [PANL] making certain cash royalty payments . I won't pretend to understand this high finance, but it could represent a resistance.
