Estephen, RE: Mu has already shown that they will take $500M from Intel in and agreement to ramp RDRAM with no intention of honoring that decision.

There is no indication that there was any formal agreement between INTC and MU to ramp RDRAM. There may have been mention of this between the parties, but not keeping your word is hardly new in the corporate world.

Intel purchased MU stock pretty much at market price, and sold that stock at a handsome gain. INTC did very well in their transaction with MU. MU received a capital infusion at a time when access to capital for a DRAM manufacturer was limited, so they did fine, also.

It's hard for me to see that anyone got taken or acted unethically in this transaction.
