I am in total agreement with you on this point. I think it's a tough job and I appreciate the fact that they do it. One of the problems with fear and stress is that it tends to create an "ends justify the means" attitude and creates anger as a result of the fear. Cops can be very magnificent people, they can also be very dangerous people because they have so much power. My only point was that we need to have continued limits and checks and balances on their ability to exercise their power. Those limits should be, as they have been and as our founders intended, protected in the constitution and enforced in our courts. Ed
