Diana, Lets see what the total of production increases are in the NA market for this Q. I am sure reports will be out soon. Significant increases have not materialized yet comparing quarterly sequential production growth.

I am playing only E&P's that should have better relative strength thaN the leaders during the last run up.

I am keeping some powder dry in case we do get any dips over the next few weeks.

The power plants coming online this spring/summer will take the NG traders by surprise. Last year was minor in comparison.

There are a few producers growing production (OEI, XTO, MND) but the vast majority seem to be fighting to stay at current levels, despite the record NG drilling activity.

XTO and OEI are now benefitting from acquisitions made during the downturn. VERY few companies had the financial means to do acquisitions at that time. As such these two companies are somewhat of an anomaly.

MND is greatly benefitting from application of recent technology improvements to an unusual NG field geology. Again, an anomaly.

IMHO the key player to watch is BR due to their incredible production volumes. Not saying to buy it though as they are awful at hedging.
